Hair tied tight under a uniform, short nights and meals that get skipped show up in the brush, and nails go with them: they are built from the same material, so they thin and split together. This set works on both at once, from the outside with a wash and from the inside with a course of capsules. It is an adult women's set.

What is in the box

• Crescina Transdermic HFSC Shampoo - Woman, 200 ml — a cosmetic cleanser for thinning hair carrying the Crescina HFSC complex of acetyl cysteine, lysine HCl, glycoproteins and Stem-Engine, with three enhancers: pentylene glycol, decylene glycol and caprylyl glycol. It is gentle enough for frequent washing.
• ACM Laboratoire Dermatologique Novophane Forte, 60 vegetable capsules — a food supplement for hair and nails supplying the sulphur amino acids cystine 200 mg and methionine 200 mg per two-capsule daily dose, with biotin 450 µg, zinc 10 mg, iron 12.5 mg, vitamin C 60 mg and silicon-rich horsetail extract 50 mg: the material the body uses to build hair and nail keratin. Reinforced formula, made in France.

How to use it

• Wash, Crescina shampoo every time — massage into wet hair, leave two to three minutes, then rinse thoroughly. It is suitable for frequent washing, and nothing else in the set competes for this step.
• Take, Novophane Forte once a day — two capsules a day in one dose with a meal. The oral step sits outside the shower routine, so the two products never clash.
• Count the boxes — at two capsules a day the 60-capsule box is one month. ACM sets the course at three months, so three boxes; this set starts it.
• Give it the full course — do not judge the result before three months.

Good to know

This is a support set: a cosmetic wash and a keratin-building supplement. Neither is a regrowth treatment. The shampoo is a cosmetic product, not a medicine, and it is not a hair-loss treatment; the supplement feeds the raw material rather than acting on the cause of the loss.

The Crescina shampoo is the women's formulation and is not suitable for children under three.
