Terms & Conditions of Almessila Pharmacy

• Exchange & Returns

  • Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, provided it complies with official regulations and the product is in its original condition.

• Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, in accordance with payment provider rules and timelines.

  • For overseas orders, refunds will be processed only after the returned items are received and inspected. Applicable customs duties, service charges, and taxes will be deducted.

• Order Processing & Cancellations

  • The pharmacy reserves the right to modify or cancel any order after contacting the customer, if necessary.

• Compliance with Laws

  • All transactions, sales, exchanges, and returns must comply with applicable national laws and regulations.

  • Sales and returns of medicines, supplements, and vitamins are subject to the Ministry of Health regulations No. 2/2012 and No. 3/2013.

• International Orders

  • Payment for international orders must be made in advance.

  • Returns for international orders will only be accepted after receiving and checking the goods, and refunds will be issued after deducting applicable charges.

• Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product images and information. However, product packaging and design may occasionally change due to manufacturer updates. Such changes may not immediately reflect on the website.
