Two products for thinning hair that are not for the same person. One is a cosmetic wash from the women's line; the other is a minoxidil 5% solution for men aged 18 and over. Read this before you use anything in the box, and make sure each item goes to the right person in the household.

What is in the box

• Crescina Transdermic HFSC Shampoo - Woman, 200 ml — a cosmetic cleanser for women with thinning hair, built on the Crescina HFSC complex of acetyl cysteine, lysine hydrochloride, glycoproteins and Stem-Engine, with three enhancers: pentylene glycol, decylene glycol and caprylyl glycol.
• Avalon Pharma Avogain 5% Minoxidil Topical Solution 50 ml — a pump spray for hereditary hair loss (male-pattern baldness) in men aged 18 and over, applied to a dry scalp.

How to use it

• The shampoo — massage into wet hair at every wash, leave for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. It is suitable for frequent washing.
• The solution — apply only to a dry, healthy scalp, do not rinse it off after applying, and wash the hands afterwards. Follow the enclosed leaflet for how much and how often.

Good to know

The shampoo is a cosmetic wash from the Crescina Transdermic HFSC women's line, gentle enough for frequent washing. With the solution, allow 2 to 4 months before judging the result, and note that regrowth is lost if treatment stops. One 50 ml bottle is under a month at the labelled dose, so it does not cover that period on its own and the next bottle should be bought in good time. The set suits a household where a man and a woman are each dealing with thinning hair: one item for each of you.
