The MED-55 is equipped with Intellect Active Technology, which automatically adjusts inflation based on the user’s individual blood pressure, ensuring gentle and precise measurement. It provides quick and accurate readings of systolic and diastolic pressure, as well as pulse rate, and is suitable for users managing hypertension or tracking long-term health trends.

1-Sit comfortably and relax for 5 minutes before measuring. Keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor.

2-Apply the cuff to your upper arm (preferably the left arm), about 2–3 cm above the elbow. Make sure it’s snug but not tight.

3-Connect the cuff to the monitor.

4-Press the start button. The cuff will automatically inflate and begin the measurement.

5-Stay still and quiet while the device measures your blood pressure.

6-View the results on the large, backlit screen:

-Systolic pressure

-Diastolic pressure

-Pulse rate

7-An icon will appear if irregular heartbeat is detected.

8-The monitor saves the reading in memory (for the selected user).

9-Turn off the device or let it power off automatically.

10-Store the device in a dry place, and clean the cuff if needed.
