Panadol Extra tablets contain an active ingredient called paracetamol, a medicinal substance belonging to a group of medications known as analgesics (painkillers).
These tablets also include caffeine, which enhances the absorption of paracetamol, contributing to more effective results.
Panadol Extra is designed to relieve pain, fever, and headaches, as well as menstrual and bone pain.

Cautions:

- Do not use more of Panadrex tablets than is recommended.

- The maximum amount of paracetamol for adults is 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose and 4 grams (4000 mg) per day.

- Consult your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems.

- Should not be taken with other products containing paracetamol at the same time.

- For adults: do not take more than 8 tablets of Panadol a day.



Side effects of Panadol tablets:

- Nausea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite.

- Dark urine.

- Jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).

- Panadol tablets are indicated for the following conditions:

3-Rheumatic pain

4-Muscular aches and pains

5-Period pain

6-Toothaches

7-Osteoarthritis

8-Sore throat and symptoms of colds and influenza.
