Entresto film- coated tablets contain two medicinal substances that work together to treat and relieve the symptoms of chronic heart failure.
The tablets are formulated with both sacubitril and valsartan, two substances that reduce blood pressure and dilate blood vessels, which improves blood circulation.
Entresto tablets are used to reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and hospitalization in case of chronic heart failure.

• Warnings and precautions:

- Contraindicated during pregnancy because it causes abnormalities in the fetus.

- It is not used in patients with hereditary angioedema.

- It can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, especially in people who take diuretics.

- This treatment can only be taken with a medical prescription.



• Other medication and Entresto:

- Do not use Entresto tablets with:

* Aliskiren (Entresto tablets cause a decrease in Aliskiren in the blood)

* Angiotensin- converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors: increase drug toxicity





• Side effects:

- Reduction of Blood pressure.

- High potassium in the blood.

- cough.

- Dizziness.
