Fenticonazole is an antifungal medicine.
Lomexin works by triple-inhibitory action
• It stops the growth and adhesion of fungi and bacteria by directly inhibiting their secretory aspartate proteinase and pyruvate oxidoreductase enzymes.
• It inhibits the fungal cell wall integrity by inhibiting the cytochrome P450 3A enzyme.
• It disrupts the normal functioning of the fungal cell by inhibiting its oxidase and peroxidase enzymes.
Lomexin ovules are dissolved inside the vaginal that reduces vaginal burning, itching, and discharge.

Side effects:

• Mild irritation

• Itching

• Pregnant.
