Panadol Cold & Flu All in One contains Paracetamol, Phenyl ephedrine hydrochloride and Guaifenesin.
Panadol Cold + Flu All in one tablet provide relief from cold and flu symptoms including chesty cough.
Paracetamol belongs to a group of medicines called analgesics (painkillers) and is used to treat pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, COX-1 and COX-2, which are involved in prostaglandin (PG) synthesis. Prostaglandins are responsible for eliciting pain sensations. And have antipyretic effect that help in reducing fever.
Phenyl ephedrine hydrochloride is a decongestant which unblocks your nose and sinuses helping you breathe more easily without drowsiness
Guaifenesin is used to help clear mucus or phlegm from the chest when you have congestion from a cold or flu.
