Fusix tablets, also known as water pills or diuretic pills, work by increasing urine excretion.
They contain Furosemide, an active ingredient that is classified as a loop diuretic.
This means it acts on the loop of Henle in the kidneys, helping to treat fluid retention (edema) in people with congestive heart failure or a kidney disorder.
Additionally, it is used to treat cerebral edema, pulmonary edema, and high blood pressure by increasing the excretion of sodium through urine.
