Panadol Cold & Flu Green provide night time relief from cold and flu symptoms.
Panadol Cold & Flu Green contain Paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine, Pseudoephedrine.
Paracetamol belongs to a group of medicines called analgesics (painkillers) and is used to treat pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, COX-1 and COX-2, which are involved in prostaglandin (PG) synthesis. Prostaglandins are responsible for eliciting pain sensations. And have antipyretic effect that help in reducing fever.
Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.
Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant used to treat nasal and sinus congestion.

Indications:

Panadol Cold & Flu Green used for:

• Blocked and runny nose.

• Headache and body ache.

• Fever.

• Sinus pain/ Congesion.

• Itchy and watery eyes.

• Sneezing.

Points of interest:

• Panadol Cold & Flu Green should not be taken with other products containing paracetamol at the same time.

• Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

• Do not take longer than 7 days without asking your doctor.

• Panadol Cold & Flu Green Caplets cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.



Side effects of Panadol Cold and Flu Green:

• Nausea, vomiting.

• Headache.

• Drowsiness, dizziness.



Cautions:

Consult your doctor if you have:

• Liver and kidney impairment.

• Hypertension and Cardiovascular Disease.

• Diabetes.
