1-Fill the water tank with lukewarm water and securely close the lid.

2-Select and insert a nozzle tip into the handle until it clicks into place.

3-Adjust the water pressure using the control knob (start with the lowest setting if you're new to water flossing).

4-Lean over the sink to avoid splashing.

5-Place the nozzle in your mouth, close your lips slightly to prevent water from spraying out.

6-Turn on the device and aim the jet at your gumline.

7-Move the nozzle slowly along the gumline and between teeth, pausing briefly at each space.

8-Turn off the device when finished and let any remaining water drain from the tank.

9-Remove and clean the nozzle, and empty the tank after each use
