• Tegretol CR may take up to 4 weeks before your symptoms improve.
• Do not stop using Tegretol tablets suddenly, even if you feel fine. Stopping suddenly may cause increased seizures.
Side effects of Tegretol CR tablets:
• Dizziness, loss of coordination, problems with walking.
• Nausea, vomiting;.
• Drowsiness.
Cautions:
• You should not take Tegretol CR if you have a history of bone marrow suppression.
Interactions of Tegretol CR:
• Do not use Tegretol if you have taken an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days. A dangerous drug interaction could occur.
