Solifenacin succinate
Vesicare tablets contain Solifenacin, which belongs to a group of anticholinergics, which works to reduce the excessive activity of the urinary bladder.
It is used to treat overactive bladder syndrome and its associated symptoms, such as a strong and sudden urge to urinate, and increased and frequent urination.

Side effects of Vesicare tablets:

• Dry mouth.

• Constipation.

• Nausea.

• Dyspepsia.

• Abdominal pain.

• Blurred vision.



Warnings and cautions:

• Vesicare is contraindicated in patients with:

- Urinary retention.

- Severe gastrointestinal condition.

- Myasthenia gravis.

- Narrow-angle glaucoma.

• Tell the doctor if you have any of these conditions:

- Patients are hypersensitive to the active substance or any of the excipients.

- Patients undergoing hemodialysis.

- Patients with severe renal impairment.

- Patients with hepatic impairment.

• Avoid driving or using hazardous activity until you know how Vesicare will affect you.

• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Interactions of Vesicare tablets:

Tell the doctor if you are taking these medications or any other medications:

• Ketoconazole.
