Direction for use of the Vitis Waxed Dental Tape Green 50 m 301-V15:

• Take a 40-50 cm piece of Vitis Waxed Dental Tape.

• Hold the tape firmly between your index and middle fingers of each hand, leaving 2-3 cm free in the middle.

• Insert the tape between teeth with a gentle sawing motion.

• When the tape reaches the edge of the gums, curve it against one of the teeth.

• Gently slide the tape into the space between the gum and the tooth until you can feel some resistance.

• Avoid applying force while flossing.

• Repeat these steps for all teeth using a clean piece of tape for each.
