Z Flatyl Drops is an oral anti-flatulent containing simethicone. It is specifically formulated to relieve infant colic, abdominal gas, bloating and dyspepsia.
The drops work by reducing surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to coalesce and be expelled naturally. 
Suitable for infants, children and adults experiencing digestive discomfort due to excess gas accumulation.
