Ferinject (Ferric Carboxymaltose) is an intravenous iron replacement therapy used to treat iron deficiency anemia in adult patients who have intolerance to oral iron or when oral iron preparations are ineffective.

Each 10ml vial contains 50mg of iron as ferric carboxymaltose complex. 

This parenteral formulation allows rapid repletion of iron stores and restoration of hemoglobin levels under strict medical supervision in clinical settings.

Active ingredient: Ferric carboxymaltose (iron carbohydrate complex).

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ferric carboxymaltose or its excipients.

Not for intramuscular or subcutaneous use.

Risk of hypophosphatemia with repeated dosing.

Discard any unused portion.

Use immediately after opening if diluted.
